CRunCH (The Charity Runners Clearing House) is an agency hired by registered charities to recruit and manage runners in the Flora London Marathon.
CRunCH is registered under the Data Protection Act as a processor of data on behalf of its client charities.
CRunCH operates under a contract with each of its charity clients as required by the Charities Act, and is paid a set fee by those clients for the work it does in recruiting and managing runnners. CRunCH does not earn commission on the money raised by runners.
